SCSD CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
The Seaside County Sanitation District (SCSD) has an updated Sewer Master Plan. Through this updated document, the District can create and implement a prioritized Capital Improvement Program.
The Master Plan (PDF) identifies and prioritizes necessary capital improvements to keep the system functioning efficiently. Maps are available for a quick overview of the Near Term (PDF) and Long Term (PDF) projects.
BIDS & PROPOSALS
SCSD periodically issues Request for Proposals, Request for Qualification and/or Notice to Bidders for professional services and construction projects. Check the Bids & Proposal link for current projects or sign up for notifications. All bid results are posted to the bid results page.
